February 2003 NEXT
MEETING -
February 11th
7:30 PM Dr. Kenneth Hirsch is our speaker health insurance. He is a board certified Pediatrician practicing in Moorestown. He is very knowledgeable about mitochondrial disease and current research in the field of mitochondrial cytopathies fast cash advance. He is going to talk about Mitochondrial Disease and its relationship to Autism cialis generic. Mitochondrial
diseases result from failures of the mitochondria, specialized compartments
present in almost every cell of the body. They are responsible for
creating more than 90% of the energy needed by the body to sustain life and
support growth. The common
factor among these diseases is that the mitochondria are unable to completely
burn food and oxygen in order to generate energy. The incompletely burned
food may accumulate as poison inside the body. These poisons can act as
free radicals that can damage the mitochondria over time, causing damage that
cannot be reversed. BOWLING
